Well talking to my friend that use to work at BB, he said that they normal get stuff in on Mondays, but they normaly don't put them out early becuase of well you know getting suded and that stuff. I will most likey try and go in wensday and thursday to get it. Hopefull i can, if not Fryday.

Im just gonna get my copy as son as it hits the shelves, which is probably the 27th. There is a small local computer shop that sells these games the day it comes out. But is it true the the CE only comes with the DVD game disk?Or will it matter at all since Ive got factions and prophecies installed?

You wont need the disk; just stream the update like normal. But the CE does only come with a dvd.

Oh yes the very fair prices on the online store... 45 USDs OR 45 EUR (nice convert ratio!!) for just a key.

GWP is on the stores for 30EUR or so, I can usually buy accounts for 15-20EUR, but the store insists on selling a key for 45EUR... and the weirdest thing is that people actually DO buy keys from there

Not true, Australia is ahead of USA, Europe etc. We will hit Saturday before you guys. Nightfall will go online at 5:30pm Austraian Central Time.

I was going to cancel my order from Sendit.com today (could have got CE slightly cheaper elsewhere) but I can't now..

they're already packing it ready for shipping =D

Maybe they realised other e-retailers are undercutting them, so they want to keep us customers happy^^

Good thing I'm not going to buy Prophecies or Factions therefore the price will be the same as if I bought it in a store.

He never said the traffic would be caused by the Guild Wars release. Simply that there would be traffic on his way home from work, as there always is. And having an opportunity to buy the game at a time where the traffic wouldn't be so heavy would have been nice. In your haste to post something funny, you failed to understand what pretty much everybody else did.

check walmart.com for USA, guild wars gets released the 26th, so thursday evening I'll check to see if they've got it. Seems like alot of guys are having trouble with mail-order. glad i waited to see if nightfall was worth it. hopefully walmart or SAM's club will have it.

Has anyone in the UK received their copy yet, and if so from where did you order?

Also, to those who have already got their copy of the game, is there a Nightfall Cinematic trailer thing on the CD/DVD you've got/...like there was with Prophecies and Factions?? I reallly hope there is one!

Strange. I preordered my CE from EB (Seattle), and the receipt says that the release date is the 26th. I called them up to confirm, and they said... the release date is the 26th.

Gamestop.com has updated my order to the "processing" status.

Good news Id imagine, with any luck itll ship tomorrow and I can spend all wednesday staring at the box wishing I could log into Kamadan.

Anyone else use gamestop? If so, hows it lookin for ya? I ordered mine on 8-24.

Both of mine are the same "processing" status order 8-24-2006 & 8-16-2006
